Melicent Unger finally free from her legal troubles, heads out for a fun filled road trip with her new beau SD. The trip has trouble from the beginning when SD's old truck and camper is smashed before they hit the highway. After a delay the couple is on the open road in her old VW bug with a roof rack fully loaded.

They visit the Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Tombstone and Fort Sumner meandering along they don't know they are wanted in a murder case in a small town in Arizona.

Our couple ends up in jail in Galveston County Texas, where Melicent accidentally gets additional charges.
